Description

Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 2-3 years of post qualification experience and Ind AS knowledge

Experience Within The Engineering And Construction Industry Preferred

Experience in coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis, general ledger

Good communication skills required to work effectively with India and US leadership

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle/SAP/QuickBooks)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and a solid knowledge of other Microsoft Office programs

Commitment to completion of work within the timelines

Problem-solving skills and ability to interpret the data

Finance & Core Accounting

Preparation of financial statements as per Ind AS

Lead month-end, year-end book closure process

Coordinating all internal & external audit activities

Fixed assets accounting & physical assets verification.

Preparation of various management presentations

Budgeting & MIS





Preparation of monthly MIS reports & presentation

Support in the annual budgeting and planning process

Capital budgeting

Internal Controls & Financial Software

Adhering to the internal controls & processes & SOPs

Benchmarking and updating the Risk Control Matrix (RCM) as per the current processes and SOP

Support in finance related software implementation
