Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CA – Finance role based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing accounting operations, overseeing preparation and analysis of financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The CA – Finance professional will handle budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities include monitoring internal controls, conducting variance analysis,



and providing financial insights to cross-functional teams. The role also requires collaboration with stakeholders, auditors, and leadership to maintain accurate financial records and support business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, including knowledge of taxation and regulatory compliance.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements, reporting, and financial analysis.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with relevant post-qualification experience in FMCG or consumer-focused businesses is preferred.
- Proficiency in financial ERP systems and advanced Excel skills will be beneficial.
- Ability to work with detail and accuracy, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
