Role Description The Chartered Accountant Article Trainee internship at Oditify is an on-site role based in Noida. Trainees support internal audit assignments by assisting in testing controls, reviewing processes, and documenting findings under the guidance of senior team members. They help with stock audits, including physical verification of inventory, reconciliation of records, and preparation of working papers.

The role also involves assisting in basic financial analysis, data compilation, and review of documentation for fraud risk assessments.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) with eligibility to undertake article training; robust academic foundation in accounting, auditing, and taxation.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and basic audit procedures, with an interest in internal audit, stock audit, and risk management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools; comfort working with data, reconciliations, and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to interpret financial and operational information.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing work papers, draft reports, and interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work diligently in an on-site, team-based environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to structured processes and deadlines.
- Professional integrity, willingness to learn, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
