# ? Coding Teacher & Programming Mentor | C, C++, Python | Project-Based & Gamified Learning | Online
Teach Coding by Building — Join CONCEPTORZ
Do you believe students learn programming better when they actually build things instead of simply memorising code?
CONCEPTORZ is looking for enthusiastic Coding Teachers, Programming Mentors and Computer Science Educators who can introduce students to programming through interactive, practical and gamified learning experiences.
We are looking for mentors who can teach C, C++, Python and core programming concepts while encouraging students to create projects, solve challenges and develop a genuine interest in coding.
This is not a traditional “follow the textbook and complete the syllabus” role.
We want educators who can turn a programming lesson into an experience where students think, experiment, make mistakes, solve problems and proudly say, “I built this.”
## ? What You’ll Be Doing
Conduct engaging online coding classes for school-age students.
Teach programming through practical examples, challenges, games and hands-on projects.
Introduce students to C, C++, Python and fundamental programming concepts according to their age and skill level.
Design lessons where students write code and use it to create something tangible.
Help students build beginner-friendly projects such as games, quizzes, calculators, simulations, automation tools and other interactive applications.
Teach concepts including variables, data types, conditions, loops, functions, arrays, strings, object-oriented programming and problem solving, depending on the student's level.
Encourage computational thinking, logical reasoning and structured problem solving.
Break down difficult programming concepts into simple, understandable steps.
Use challenges, coding puzzles, mini-projects and gamified activities to keep learners actively involved.
Encourage students to experiment with code, debug errors and understand why a program works or fails.
Provide constructive feedback on student code and help learners improve their programming approach.
Adapt lessons according to each student's age, interests, existing knowledge and learning pace.
Track student progress and maintain appropriate learning records.
Communicate with the academic team regarding student development and project progress.
Keep lessons interactive, creative and focused on learning by doing.
## ?? Who We’re Looking For
We are interested in candidates who have experience as a:
Coding Teacher | Programming Teacher | Coding Tutor | Programming Mentor | Computer Science Teacher | Python Tutor | C++ Tutor | C Programming Tutor | STEM Educator | Coding Instructor
You should have
Strong practical knowledge of C, C++ and/or Python.
Valuable understanding of programming fundamentals and computational thinking.
Experience teaching children or teenagers, either online or offline.
The ability to explain programming concepts clearly to beginners.
Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
Confidence working with students individually and in small groups.
Excellent English communication skills.
A creative approach to teaching and lesson design.

## ? We Especially Value Teachers Who Can
Teach coding through projects instead of theory alone.
Turn programming concepts into games, challenges and real-world activities.
Help students move from “I don't understand this code” to “I created this myself.”
Encourage curiosity and independent problem solving.
Introduce students to coding in a way that feels enjoyable rather than intimidating.
Connect programming concepts with students' interests such as games, technology, problem solving and creative projects.
Experience with platforms,
tools or environments such as Python IDEs, VS Code, Scratch, GitHub, online coding platforms or game-development tools will be an advantage.
Experience with competitive programming, algorithms, data structures, robotics, app development, game development or STEM education is also valuable.
## ? What We Want Students to Experience
At CONCEPTORZ, we want a coding class to go beyond:
“Here is the syntax. Memorise it.”
We want students to experience:
Learn → Experiment → Build → Debug → Improve → Create The goal is to help students develop programming confidence, logical thinking and the ability to turn an idea into something that actually works.
## ? About CONCEPTORZ
CONCEPTORZ is an online education platform connecting students with educators across different countries, curricula and learning environments.
We are expanding our academic network to include mentors who can introduce students to programming, computer science and technology through personalised and engaging online education.
This is an opportunity to become part of a teaching community that values creativity, practical learning and student outcomes.
## ⏱️ Work Arrangement
Part-Time | Freelance | Fully Online / Remote
