Role Overview The Business Strategist – Sales & Business Development will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic selling of IT products, consulting solutions,

and audit consulting services.

This role demands a consultative sales approach, robust business acumen, and the ability to understand client challenges and convert them into value-driven solutions.

The position is target-oriented with clear revenue KPIs, incentives, and growth opportunities.





Qualifications

- Strategic planning and business development skills, including market analysis, growth strategy formulation, and revenue optimization.
- Branding and marketing expertise, with experience in positioning, messaging, campaign planning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Analytical and research capabilities, such as data interpretation, competitive benchmarking, and customer insight generation.
- Client consulting and stakeholder management skills, including presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building.
- Collaboration and project management abilities to work cross-functionally with creative, digital, and technology teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in strategy consulting, brand management, or growth roles within agencies, start-ups, or corporate environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including productivity suites, analytics tools, and basic understanding of digital marketing channels.
