Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Test Lead with deep expertise in NeoLoad and performance engineering methodologies. The role involves leading performance testing initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to define non-functional requirements, and ensuring application scalability and reliability through rigorous testing practices.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

- NeoLoad Expertise : Extensive hands-on experience with Tricentis NeoLoad for performance testing.
- Performance Testing Concepts : Solid understanding of performance engineering, load testing methodologies, and key metrics.
- Requirements Analysis : Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and architects to define performance objectives and strategies.
- Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with web technologies, client-server architecture, API testing, and APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk ).
- Execution : Skilled in executing load, stress, endurance, and capacity tests.
- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose complex performance issues.
- Communication :



Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management and reporting.

Desired / Secondary Skills
- Experience with other performance testing tools ( JMeter, LoadRunner ).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure ) and testing cloud-native applications.
- Experience with enterprise applications ( Oracle Fusion, JD Edwards, Peoplesoft ).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified NeoLoad Professional ).
- CI/CD Integration : Embedding performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab .
- Scripting skills (e.g., JavaScript ) for advanced test cases.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead performance testing strategy and execution across projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance goals with business objectives.
- Design, develop, and execute performance test scenarios using NeoLoad .
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
- Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide optimization recommendations.
- Prepare detailed reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
