Role: Business Transformation Consultant – Process, Experience & AI

Role Purpose The Business Transformation Consultant will help drive the VMNext enterprise transformation initiative by partnering with business leaders and SMEs across ValueMomentum to understand, document, and reimagine business processes, stakeholder journeys, and operating models. The role focuses on improving business outcomes while reducing complexity, effort, cycle time, and operational friction through process redesign, user-centered thinking, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. The role aligns with VMNext's focus on enterprise process reimagination, stakeholder experience transformation, and outcome-driven operating model redesign.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with functional leaders and SMEs to understand business goals, current processes, challenges, and desired outcomes.
- Document current-state ("As-Is") processes, workflows, stakeholder journeys, pain points, and dependencies.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and Design Thinking engagements to identify improvement opportunities.
- Apply Design Thinking, UX, and Service Design principles to create intuitive, productive, and outcome-driven experiences.
- Design future-state ("To-Be") processes, workflows, and operating models that improve effectiveness and productivity.
- Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, AI enablement, and workflow optimization.
- Develop business requirements, process maps, journey maps, business cases, and transformation recommendations.




- Collaborate with business, technology, data, and AI teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and measurable.
- Define success measures and track expected business value and outcome realization.

Required Qualifications

- At least 5+ years of experience in Business Consulting, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Digital Transformation.
- Strong experience in process mapping, business process reengineering, value stream analysis, and requirements gathering.
- Hands-on experience with Design Thinking, Journey Mapping, User Experience (UX), and Human-Centered Design methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable transformation opportunities and solution designs.
- Experience working across multiple business functions and influencing stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in enterprise transformation, operating model redesign, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, BPMN, or Process Mining.
- Familiarity with AI, intelligent automation, workflow platforms, and digital workplace technologies.
- Experience in professional services, technology services, or insurance-related industries.
