The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering seamless collaboration across teams to drive meaningful improvements. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of process improvements with organizational goals.
- Document and communicate process changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design principles.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and suggest further enhancements. Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts and HANA database integration.
- Experience in designing and developing custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques specific to SAP HANA.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP applications.
