Unifabz is a Bengaluru-based uniform business serving schools, institutions, corporates and other organisations, with both B2B and B2C operations. We provide end-to-end uniform requirements, including garments and accessories, through our award-winning store and online platform.

We are looking for a hands-on Store & Business Operations Manager to take ownership of our established Yelahanka operation and work closely with the founder to drive its next phase of growth.

The Role: This is a high-ownership role covering day-to-day store operations, vendor management, production, inventory, business development and team management. You will be responsible for making the operation more organised, system-driven and scalable, while also helping grow our school and institutional business.

You will own

Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Yelahanka store.

Manage sales, customer requirements, orders and fulfilment.

Build and manage a strong network of garment and accessory vendors.

Coordinate purchasing, production, quality, deliveries and vendor timelines.

Manage inventory, including stock planning and inward/outward movement.

Build simple, effective systems and trackers for inventory, sales, vendors, production and payments.

Identify operational gaps and implement processes to make the business more efficient.

Drive business development by identifying and building relationships with recent schools and institutional clients, particularly across North Bengaluru.

Manage the pipeline from prospecting and meetings through quotations, follow-ups and onboarding.





Work towards bringing 3–4 new school accounts into the business for the upcoming season.

Build and manage a small team of approximately two people, including hiring, delegation and performance management.

Work directly with the founder on business priorities, problem-solving and growth initiatives.

Maintain basic operational and financial records and ensure day-to-day accountability across the business.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone with ownership, initiative and commercial drive.

You don't need to have followed a traditional career path.

What matters is that you are:

Highly organised and systems-oriented A strong problem solver and self-starter

Comfortable managing multiple functions at once

Confident dealing with vendors, customers and business owners

Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and operational data

Able to manage inventory and basic financial tracking

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, hands-on business

Interested in building and improving, rather than simply maintaining existing processes

Experience

Experience in retail, apparel, uniforms, procurement, supply chain, vendor management, operations, business development or a startup/small business would be an advantage.

However, we are more interested in the person than a perfect CV. Someone who is resourceful, commercially minded and capable of taking ownership can grow into the role.

This is an opportunity to work directly with the founder and have meaningful ownership over an established business, rather than being limited to one narrow function.
