Vaishnavi Profile Industries is ISO 9001:2015 certified and has a team of 35+ trained professionals, including certified welders. As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for a Business Operations & Systems Manager who can help us build a strong, process-driven and performance-oriented organization.About the Role The Business Operations & Systems Manager will be responsible for strengthening and managing the company's day-to-day operating systems across PPC, Production, Purchase, Store, Quality, Sales coordination, Dispatch and Accounts coordination.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that the company operates through clear systems, defined responsibilities, measurable KPIs and timely management information, rather than depending on individual follow-up.Key Responsibilities

Business Operations & MIS

- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly operational performance.
- Prepare and maintain management MIS and dashboards.
- Track department-wise KPIs and action points.




- Monitor pending activities and ensure timely closure.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions.

Production & PPC Coordination

- Monitor Production vs PPC plan.
- Track order status, production progress and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with PPC and Production teams to resolve bottlenecks.
- Monitor machine utilization, productivity and production delays.

Purchase & Store Coordination

- Track purchase requirements, material availability and pending purchase orders.
- Monitor vendor delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Store teams for material availability.
- Ensure proper inventory and material-status reporting.

Quality System Coordination

- Monitor rejection, rework, NCR and customer complaint trends.
- Coordinate with Quality for corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure timely closure of quality-related action points.
- Support implementation of ISO 9001:2015 processes.

Systems & Process Improvement

- Develop and implement SOPs and workflows.
- Define clear roles and responsibilities for departments.
- Improve ERP/Google Sheet/MIS-based reporting systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry from all departments.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
- Reduce dependency on manual follow-up.

Management Support





- Conduct and coordinate daily/weekly operational review meetings.
- Prepare reports and insights for the Partners/Management.
- Follow up on management decisions and action points.
- Support budgeting, cost monitoring and operational planning.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, business operations, PPC, ERP/MIS or process management.
- Experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of ERP, Excel/Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
- Understanding of KPI, SOP, process mapping and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational issues.
- Willingness to work on-site in Sangli, Maharashtra.
