Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Lead Generation, Proactively identifying and establishing contact with potential customers through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and market activities.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining robust relationships with new and existing customers to promote product sales and deliver a detailed account strategy for key accounts.
3. Sales Inquiry Management: Responding promptly and professionally to sales inquiries from new and existing customers via call, email, and in-person meetings.
4. Target Achievement : Meeting and exceeding assigned annual/monthly/quarterly sales goals and targets.
5. Product Presentation & Demonstration: Delivering compelling presentations of company products & conducting product demos at customer sites, exhibitions, and industry events.
6. CRM & Data Management: Maintaining company's contact database (CRM) with up-to-date, accurate contact details, meeting records and activity details.
7. Feedback & Product Improvement:
Providing valuable feedback from potential customers and the market to internal teams to enhance product functionality and improve service delivery.
8. Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensuring effective internal communication and collaboration within the Sales, Marketing, Service & Customer Support team and across the company.
9. Market Intelligence: Monitoring and reporting potential collaborators, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and identifying business threats and opportunities in the assigned territory
Qualification: MBA / BBA / Graduate in any stream (B.E. Mechanical / Automobile preferred for technical sales) - Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills - Willingness to travel within assigned district/region - Passion for Sales in the automobile industry
Langauge : Knowledge of English /Hindi / Marathi / Konkani
Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
