WE ARE LOOKING FOR A BUSINESS-BUILDING PARTNER Business Growth & Strategy Partner Architectural Hardware | Furniture Fittings We are looking for an entrepreneurial senior business leader to build and scale our Architectural Hardware & Furniture Fittings business into a robust national brand. This is not a conventional Business Development or high-fixed-salary position. We are looking for someone who wants to build a business and participate in the value they create.

Your Mandate

You will take leadership of the complete business-building journey, including:

- Developing the overall business & growth strategy
- Product & category development
- Building the sales & leadership team
- Creating a pan-India distribution network
- Brand building, marketing & GTM strategy
- Developing dealer, distributor, architect & institutional channels
- Establishing systems, KPIs and processes
- Driving revenue, profitability and long-term business value Who Are We Looking For? A senior professional with 15+ years of experience, preferably in architectural hardware, furniture fittings, kitchen/wardrobe hardware,



building products or allied industries, with a proven track record of building teams, channels and businesses. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset — someone who wants to build, not just manage.

Our Compensation Philosophy

We offer a limited fixed remuneration, combined with: Performance-linked revenue/profit sharing + long-term ESOP/ownership participation. The company provides the capital, manufacturing infrastructure, resources and support. You bring the strategy, leadership and business-building capability. If you create substantial value, you should participate substantially in that value.
