Responsibilities:

- Drive and monitor strategic projects on behalf of the Finance function.

- Coordinate with Finance, Projects, Procurement, Design, Leasing, Operations and other stakeholders.

- Establish project plans, milestones, owners and timelines.

- Conduct regular review meetings and track action items to closure.

- Identify bottlenecks, delays and dependencies and escalate critical issues.

- Prepare concise weekly/monthly management updates for the Finance Head.

- Develop dashboards and MIS to monitor project performance.

- Follow up with stakeholders and ensure agreed timelines are adhered to.

- Support process improvement, automation and transformation initiatives.

- Evaluate business impact of projects and help management make informed decisions.

- Independently manage projects with limited supervision.

- Plan, prepare,



and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for materials, as required.

Skill Set Required:

- Experience in commercial real estate / CRE, consulting, business transformation, and project management preferred.

- Strong stakeholder and project management skills.

- Good understanding of financial and commercial concepts.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving ability.

- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- High ownership, follow-through and ability to work independently.

Qualifications & Required Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance / CA/CMA

- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
