Role Description Business Growth Interns (Freshers) at Internz Learn support the expansion of the platform by identifying potential learners, partners, and institutional collaborators. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, assisting in outreach campaigns, engaging with prospective clients or users, and helping track performance metrics for growth initiatives. Interns may support social media or digital awareness efforts, participate in presentations or events, and collaborate with internal teams to improve engagement strategies.





This is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, offering hands-on exposure to business development and growth operations in the edtech sector.

Qualifications

- Interest in business development, sales, or growth roles, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to an edtech environment.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, including social media outreach, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with learners, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to conduct structured research, analyze basic data, and present findings clearly.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort with using common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, communication platforms).
- Recent graduate or final-year student in any discipline; coursework in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage but not required.
- Motivation to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area and build practical experience in a growth-focused role.
