About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Trainee who is enthusiastic, confident, and eager to build a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online research.




- Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain client relationships and update CRM records.
- Work towards business development targets.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Freshers are welcome.

Internship → PPO The first 6 months will be an internship, providing hands-on exposure to business development, sales, and client handling.

Based on performance, consistency, and overall contribution, eligible candidates will be offered a full-time PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) with TechGropse.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
