The studio focuses on design thinking and the creation of original, high-quality content for web, television, and cinema. Its work spans pre-production and production for advertisements, short films, and feature films.

Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with clients in advertising, entertainment, and related sectors, in India and abroad. The specialist will conduct market research, prepare pitches and presentations, and collaborate with creative and production teams to align client needs with studio capabilities.

Daily tasks include managing a sales pipeline, responding to inquiries, following up on prospective clients,



and supporting contract discussions. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of business development activities and contributing to strategic planning for growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to identify opportunities and understand industry trends.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, present proposals, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Lead Generation skills to build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospective clients.
- Experience in business development or sales within creative, media, advertising, or entertainment industries is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, with solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software, and basic data analysis to track performance and outcomes.
