- 1. Business Development & Patient Management

- Generate and follow up on leads through Instagram, WhatsApp, phone calls and other channels.
- Respond promptly to new enquiries and convert enquiries into consultations and treatments.
- Follow up with existing patients for repeat treatments and recommended procedures.
- Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations and follow-ups.
- Maintain an organised lead database and track enquiry-to-appointment and appointment-to-treatment conversions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling appropriate clinic services.
- Assist with referral, influencer and collaboration opportunities.
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, offers and strategies to increase clinic revenue and patient acquisition.
- 1. Social Media Strategy & Content

- Develop and execute a monthly social media strategy for Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Plan Reels, carousels, static posts and Stories.
- Research trends and create content ideas relevant to dermatology, aesthetics, skincare and wellness.
- Coordinate content shoots with the doctor and ensure regular content production.
- Work with graphic designers, video editors and other creative resources where required.
- Monitor social media analytics and identify content that drives reach,



enquiries and conversions.
- Assist with Meta advertising and lead-generation campaigns.
- Monitor competitors and stay updated on trends in the aesthetics and dermatology industry.
- 1. Clinical Assistance

- Assist the doctor during dermatological and aesthetic procedures.
- Prepare procedure trays and treatment rooms.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including application/removal of topical anaesthesia as instructed.
- Ensure all required consumables and equipment are ready before procedures.
- Assist the doctor during procedures as required.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation and hygiene of the treatment area.
- Dispose of used materials appropriately according to clinic protocols.
- Maintain adequate stock of clinical consumables and inform the doctor/clinic manager when supplies need replenishment.
- 1. General Clinic Support

- Assist with the smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic.
- Coordinate between patients, doctor and other team members.
- Maintain a qualified, warm and personalised patient experience.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, billing and inventory when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
