Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage end-to-end learner conversations, from the first touchpoint through enrollment.
- Understand learner goals and guide them with clarity, empathy, and relevant information.
- Conduct timely follow-ups, handle objections, and support learners in making informed decisions.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and professionalism across all learner interactions.
- Accurately document conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships through calls, events, and networking opportunities.
