Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Representative role based in Srinagar. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and managing the inside sales process.

The Business Development

Representative will conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings to build relationships with clients in the music and entertainment sector. Daily tasks include maintaining a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and providing regular updates and reports on sales activities.



The role also requires understanding client needs, presenting suitable solutions, and supporting negotiations to close deals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify prospects and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Sales skills to engage clients, present services, and drive revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Business Development skills to expand market presence, build partnerships, and support strategic initiatives.
- Relevant experience in media, entertainment, or music rights management is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Srinagar, manage time effectively, and use CRM or sales tools efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
