Looking for an experienced, target-driven sales professional to grow our Bitumen business.

Key Responsibilities:

- New client acquisition & market development
- Bitumen sales & revenue growth
- Client relationship management
- Pricing & negotiations
- Market intelligence & competitor tracking
- Managing sales cycle from lead to closure

Requirements:

? Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Civil Engineering

? 3–5 years’ experience in sales/BD — Bitumen/Construction preferred

? Strong communication & negotiation skills

? Willingness to travel extensively

? KPI Focus
