What you’ll do
● Prospect & book meetings: Area mapping, local business visits, referral drives, and follow-ups from tele-calling leads.
● Understand needs: Identify whether the customer wants early lift (cash-flow need) or last-lift/investment, and recommend the right VVRS group (tenor & ticket size).
● Pitch with clarity: Explain auctions, dividends, net cost/returns, and safety of registered chits using VVRS calculators/scripts—no over-promising.
● Convert & onboard: Complete KYC, application, nomination, and mandate/ECS; coordinate first payment and group allotment.
● After-sales care: Remind auction days, guide on bidding etiquette, ensure on-time dues for the first 3 months, and secure referrals.
● Market intelligence: Track competitor schemes and share weekly insights.
● Reporting & hygiene: Daily call/visit logs, next-action planning in CRM,
zero-error documentation, and adherence to VVRS SOPs and Chit Funds Act.
You’ll be great at this if you have
● Education: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate.
● Experience: 0–3 yrs in field sales (BFSI/MFI/chit fund/telecom/insurance preferred). High-potential freshers welcome.
● Must-haves: Two-wheeler with license, Android smartphone, Tamil fluency (basic English a plus).
● Skills: Trust-building, objection handling, disciplined follow-ups, WhatsApp/Maps/Google Sheets basics.
● Values: Integrity, transparency, and customer empathy.

● Compensation: Fixed salary + uncapped performance incentives, fuel allowance & mobile reimbursement.
● Growth path: BDO → Senior BDO → BDM (Team Lead) → Branch Manager with structured training and certifications.
