Serving critical sectors across pharmaceutical manufacturing, power distribution, smart infrastructure, and industrial computing, we bridge the gap between IT and OT (Operational Technology) to empower smart industrial operations.

We are seeking energetic, analytical, and highly organized BBA graduates to join our team as Business Development Associates. In this role, you will work closely with executive management and sales leadership to support key account operations, streamline commercial distribution, assist in channel partner management, and execute lead-generation campaigns across industrial sectors.

Your responsibilities

- Business Development & Market Research: Identify potential accounts across manufacturing, pharmaceutical, System Integrators and energy sectors; map key decision-makers (Automation Engineers, Plant Managers, Procurement Leaders).
- Partner & Channel Support: Assist in managing relationships with distributors, system integrators, and OEM partners, including tracking certification records and operational agreements.
- Commercial Operations: Coordinate the lead-to-quote lifecycle by tracking customer inquiries, supporting formal proposal preparation, and ensuring accurate documentation in internal systems.
- Client Engagement & Outreach: Plan and execute targeted professional communication strategies to strengthen brand footprint across industrial hubs.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with technical engineering teams to understand project scopes and align commercial proposals with technical deliverables.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education:



BBA degree from a recognized institution (Specialization in Marketing, International Business, Operations, or General Management preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong business drafting abilities.
- Technical Aptitude: Curiosity and willingness to understand high-level concepts in industrial automation, SCADA, and B2B tech sales.
- Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong organizational abilities, detail orientation, and a proactive mindset in handling B2B client interactions.
