We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our IT service-based company in Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities and acquire international clients.
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, email marketing, and other channels.
- Handle lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, and business negotiations.
- Prepare and send proposals/bids on Upwork and Freelancer.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable proposals.




- Maintain the sales pipeline and achieve business development targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in IT services.

Required Skills

- 4–5 years of experience in IT services / IT business development.
- Strong knowledge of Upwork and Freelancer platforms.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing and lead generation.
- Knowledge of email marketing and cold emailing.
- Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Experience in generating leads and converting them into clients.
- Good understanding of IT services such as web development, software development, mobile applications, etc.
