SNTP Technologies is hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to promote SNTP ISI Mark Rebar Couplers and TMT Bar Threading Solutions across major infrastructure projects, including Metro Rail, NHAI highways, bridges, tunnels, railways, airports and government construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop business opportunities in infrastructure projects.
- Build relationships with NHAI, Metro corporations, PWD, CPWD, railways, government departments, EPC contractors and consultants.
- Secure product approvals and inclusion in approved vendor/make lists.
- Coordinate technical presentations, trials, testing, quotations and commercial negotiations.
- Track upcoming tenders and projects from planning to execution.
- Develop relationships with project directors, procurement teams, consultants and quality departments.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales, approval and collection targets.




- Submit weekly reports on leads, approvals, orders and expected revenue.
- Coordinate internally for timely supply, site services and payment recovery.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Diploma/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of business development experience in infrastructure or construction products.
- Existing contacts with EPC contractors, NHAI, Metro, PWD/CPWD, consultants or government agencies preferred.
- Experience in rebar couplers, reinforcement steel, construction chemicals, bearings, prestressing or allied products will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Robust communication, negotiation and institutional-sales skills.
