Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical) preferred.

- MBA in Marketing or Business Management is an added advantage.

- 8-15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Tendering, or Project Acquisition within EPC companies.

- Experience working with Infrastructure, Energy, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Industrial, Data Center, Renewable Energy, or Construction projects.

Required Skills

- Robust network within EPC and Infrastructure ecosystem.

- Expertise in tendering and contract negotiations.

- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of project lifecycle and EPC business models.

- Strong commercial acumen and revenue management skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
