Digital Fruits is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new client acquisition and business growth.

The ideal candidate should have 35 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably with a background in Digital Marketing, Social Media, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development or related marketing services.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting suitable digital marketing solutions, following up on opportunities, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions
- Conduct client meetings and sales presentations
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations and service plans
- Handle regular follow-ups and convert prospects into paying clients
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads and Website teams for client requirements
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets




- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients

Preferred Candidate

- 35 years of Business Development/Sales experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- Digital Marketing / Advertising / Social Media agency experience preferred
- Good understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Website Development
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Confident in client meetings and sales calls
- Solid follow-up and deal-closing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable working with CRM/sales pipeline and lead management
