D.K. Industries is an established cosmetics and hair-care manufacturer with over 35 years of manufacturing experience and exports to 40+ countries.

We are expanding our manufacturing capabilities into multiple cosmetic and personal-care categories and are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to develop our Third-Party Manufacturing / Contract Manufacturing / Private Label business.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B leads for third-party manufacturing and private labeling.
- Identify and approach cosmetic brands, D2C brands, distributors, exporters and institutional buyers.
- Convert enquiries into commercial orders and develop long-term B2B accounts.
- Understand client requirements related to product, formulation, packaging, MOQ and pricing.
- Coordinate with R&D;, production, packaging and management for new product development.
- Follow up on samples, quotations, trials and commercial negotiations.
- Attend industry exhibitions and develop current business opportunities.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular business-development reports.





Product Categories Hair Colours Henna & Herbal Products Shampoos Hair Masks Hair Oils Serums Creams & Lotions Gels Developers Hair Removal Creams Wax and other Cosmetic & Personal Care Products.

Preferred Candidate

- 5+ years of B2B business development experience, preferably in cosmetics/personal care.
- Experience in third-party manufacturing, contract manufacturing, private labeling or OEM/ODM sales is strongly preferred.
- Existing contacts with cosmetic brands, distributors or industry buyers will be an advantage.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of independently generating new business.

Important This is not a General Trade / Retail Sales position. We are specifically looking for someone who can acquire and develop B2B contract-manufacturing and private-label clients.
