We are looking for a proactive and network-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to build, expand, and manage the Channel Partner (CP) network. The role involves recruiting new channel partners, nurturing relationships, organizing engagement activities, and driving business through them. The candidate will be responsible for creating a strong broker/CP ecosystem and ensuring consistent lead generation and sales conversion through this channel.

Qualifications:

- Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
- 4–8 years of experience in real estate B2B sales / channel sales / business development
- Robust network with brokers, agents, and channel partners (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in conducting events, meetings, and partner engagement activities
- Ability to work in a target-driven and field-oriented role
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (brokers, agents, property consultants)




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
- Plan and execute channel partner recruitment drives and onboarding activities
- Organize CP meets, events, and engagement programs to strengthen partnerships
- Regularly meet channel partners to generate leads and business opportunities
- Ensure continuous flow of leads and bookings through channel partners
- Coordinate with sales team for site visits and lead conversion support
- Provide project knowledge, offers, and marketing support to channel partners
- Track performance of channel partners and ensure target achievement
- Maintain database and records of channel partners and business generated
- Develop strategies to increase channel partner productivity and engagement
- Represent the company professionally in all external interactions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
