Role Description The Business Development Intern will support PodSphere’s growth by identifying potential partners, schools, and organizations that align with the company’s mission. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, assisting with lead generation, tracking outreach activities. The intern will collaborate with the business development team to prepare pitches, presentations, and follow-up communications, as well as engage in customer-facing conversations to understand needs and share information about PodSphere’s offerings.

This is a full-time remote role,



requiring consistent availability during agreed working hours and proactive communication with team members.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends for business development decisions.
- Effective communication skills, including clear writing and professional verbal interaction with partners and customers.
- Lead generation experience or interest, with the ability to identify and qualify prospects for partnerships or sales.
- Market research capabilities, including gathering, organizing, and presenting insights on target segments and competitors.
- Customer service orientation, with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and building positive relationships.
- Comfort working in a remote, digital-first setting and collaborating via online tools.
- Interest in education, early literacy, or edtech is highly beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
