About the Role

ADA Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team sales/business development targets.
- Prepare and maintain lead, client, and sales activity records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Participate in meetings, presentations, and business discussions with clients.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.





Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in Business Development / Sales / B2B / B2C will be preferred.
