- Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 / month
- Performance Incentives: Up to 10% bonus based on target achievement
- Target Slabs: 55% – 5% | 65% – 7% | 85% – 8% | 100% – 10%

- Hospital Prospecting: Conduct on-field prospecting and identify target doctors, hospitals, and healthcare decision-makers.




- Lead Qualification: Handle inbound and outbound skilled calls to qualify prospects and identify business opportunities.
- Appointment Generation: Schedule qualified appointments with healthcare decision-makers.
- Joint Field Visits: Conduct joint field visits with the BDM for consultation, analysis, and business discussions.
- Hospital Growth: Analyze business requirements and present customized Hospital Growth Plans.

- 1.5–2+ years of experience preferred in Healthcare, B2B Sales, or Medical Tourism.
- Excellent English and Hindi verbal & written communication skills.
- Confidence in approaching and communicating with Doctors and Senior Management.
- Comfortable with 100% on-field work and managing a sales territory.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work towards monthly sales targets.
