At The HootLab Media, we’re building a creator-first marketing ecosystem where brands connect with real people, real creators and real communities.

And now, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help us take that ecosystem to more brands.

What you’ll be doing:

→ Finding & connecting with potential brands

→ Building relationships with founders & marketing teams

→ Understanding what a brand actually needs

→ Pitching influencer marketing, UGC & digital marketing solutions





→ Taking conversations from first contact → chance → closure

→ Building long-term brand partnerships

We’re looking for someone who:

✨ Loves talking to people

✨ Has confidence in pitching & negotiating

✨ Is curious about brands, marketing & creators

✨ Doesn’t wait for opportunities — creates them

✨ Can handle targets without losing the relationship-building part

✨ Has 1+ year of BD / sales experience (preferably in marketing, media, advertising, SaaS or related industries)
