Identify and generate recent corporate leads for CSR partnerships through field sales, networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research. Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with corporate clients, CSR teams, HR heads, business leaders, and other key decision-makers. Understand client requirements and CSR objectives and pitch suitable STEM Learning programs.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation, follow-up, and closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders. Regularly visit prospective and existing clients for business development and relationship management.
Prepare and deliver partnership proposals, presentations, and other client documentation. Follow up consistently with prospects and convert qualified leads into successful CSR partnerships. Maintain accurate lead, client,
and partnership data through CRM and internal trackers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership commitments. Achieve assigned sales, revenue, lead generation, and partnership targets. Research corporate organizations and identify companies with relevant CSR priorities and funding opportunities.
Expand the organization's corporate network through active market outreach and field engagement.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
