HIRING: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (BDE) – EDTECH

Location: Kolkata / Howrah

Experience: Freshers & 1–4 Years

Industry: EdTech / Education Sales

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Connect with students/prospects through calls, WhatsApp and other channels
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses/programs
- Generate leads and convert prospects into enrollments
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly admission/enrollment and revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records
- Work closely with the counselling and academic teams to improve conversions

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Freshers:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, energetic and target-oriented
- Interest in sales,



counselling and the education industry
- Willingness to learn and grow in EdTech

01–04 Years Experience:

- Prior experience in EdTech / Education Sales / Inside Sales / Student Counselling preferred
- Experience in selling courses, training programs or educational products is highly valued
- Proven ability to handle leads, follow-ups and conversions
- Strong understanding of sales targets and customer engagement
