We are looking for a Female Business Development Executive (Sales) who has hands-on experience in sales and lead conversion. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, promoting our fertility products and services, and converting qualified leads into consultations and sales.

The role requires a target-oriented sales professional with strong communication, persuasion, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential customers through outbound calls and regular follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fertility products and services.
- Explain product/service benefits, pricing, process, and other relevant information clearly.
- Build rapport with prospective customers and convert leads into consultations and sales.
- Follow up systematically with leads to maximize conversion and revenue.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned daily, monthly calling,



conversion, and sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer/patient journey.
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Share regular sales updates and reports with the reporting manager.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Female candidates only.
- Graduate / Undergraduate from any discipline.
- Sales experience is mandatory.
- 6 months 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Customer Relationship, Business Development, or similar sales roles.
- Experience in product/service selling and lead conversion will be preferred.
- Excellent Hindi communication skills; basic English communication will be an added advantage.
- Confident, persuasive, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
- Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
