SaffireTech is looking for a Business Development Associate to join our growing team to drive growth in the open-source custom eCommerce and eLearning services business.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrable ability to be able to generate leads and convert them into clients via tactical interventions such as email outbound, cold-calling, and leveraging social media.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals, ensuring a thorough understanding and execution of sales strategies.
- Engage with potential clients through calls and video conferencing to understand their objectives.
- Prepare and refine emails and proposals to clearly communicate solutions and strategies to prospective and current clients.
- Balance client requirements and SaffireTechs‘ service standards to develop contracts and project plans that ensure mutual success.
- Maintain and enhance client relationships through regular follow-ups, ensuring exceptional service delivery in collaboration with the client and production teams.

- Outstanding skills in both verbal and written communication.
- Ability to develop and maintain skilled relationships.
- UG Qualification: BCA (Any Specialization), B. Sc (Computers), B. Tech/B. E. (Computers, Electronics/Telecommunication), Diploma (Computers, Electronics/Telecommunication), B. Com, B. Sc.
- PG Qualification: MBA/PGDM/MMS.(Optional)
