Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Tirur.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, qualifying prospects, conducting meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms in coordination with internal teams. The role requires close collaboration with project, design,



and operations teams to align client requirements with service offerings and ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects.

The Business Development

Executive will also track market trends, monitor competitor activities, and provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Candidates should possess strong Business and Account Management skills to manage client portfolios, support contract renewals, and promote cross-selling opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and effective negotiation.
- Relevant experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or allied sectors is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kottakkal, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office applications, and basic data analysis for reporting and forecasting is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
