Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead Generation & Business Development

- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email marketing, and industry databases.

Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain customer records and sales pipelines in CRM.

- Follow up with prospects regarding enquiries, quotations, and proposals.

Marketing Support

- Support digital marketing campaigns and lead nurturing activities.

Sales Coordination

- Coordinate internally with engineering, design, and management teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or Industrial Marketing.

- Experience in Industrial Products, Packaging Machinery, Automation, Engineering Products, or B2B Sales will be preferred.

Skills Required





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Robust knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.

- Experience in LinkedIn outreach and email marketing.

- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Minimum 50 new prospect additions per week.

- Minimum 100 outbound calls per week.

- Minimum 15 qualified customer meetings per month.

- Timely follow-up of all enquiries and quotations.

- CRM data accuracy and reporting.
