Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospective clients for interior design and renovation services.

The Business Development

Executive will conduct market research, attend client meetings, prepare proposals, and support negotiations to close deals. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining relationships with existing clients, coordinating with design and project teams to align client expectations, and representing the studio at industry events or networking activities.



The role also involves tracking performance metrics, reporting on sales activities, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a robust client pipeline.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to nurture client relationships and support repeat engagements.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to present services, conduct client meetings, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development, ideally in interior design, architecture, real estate, or related industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and engage in client-facing activities, including meetings and site visits.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a goal-oriented and collaborative approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting on business development activities.

Salary: Annually Upto 300000 (Exc Incentives)
