CTRL Craft helps founders, coaches, mentors, experts, and brands build their presence through content and personal branding.

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who can identify the right prospects, start meaningful conversations, generate qualified leads, and convert them into business opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients and businesses.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, email, referrals, and other channels.
- Reach out to founders, coaches, mentors, experts, and brands.
- Understand prospects' business, content needs, and challenges.
- Create personalised outreach and build relationships with prospects.
- Conduct initial conversations and qualify leads.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls with potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate lead trackers/CRM and provide regular updates.
- Work closely with the strategy and content team to understand and communicate CTRL Craft’s services.




- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in a creative, marketing, media, content, or digital agency is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable speaking with founders and senior professionals.
- Strong research and prospecting skills.
- Valuable understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram outreach.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with numbers.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM.
