- Generate quality leads through market research, networking, calls, emails, social media outreach, and field visits.
- Meet and onboard new Architects into the company system and build strong professional relationships.
- Regularly engage with existing Architects to identify upcoming projects and generate business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and manage the complete lead pipeline through timely follow-ups and status tracking.
- Maintain accurate lead, Architect, and project data in the CRM system.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales and Sales Support teams to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
- Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities, industry trends, and potential customers.
- Manage and process Point Claims for Architects and Electricians as per company guidelines.
- Ensure effective relationship management, customer engagement, and continuous business development.

Requirements

- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to generate, qualify, and nurture leads through effective follow-ups.

- Sound knowledge of CRM tools, Excel,



and pipeline management.

- Basic understanding of the home automation industry and Whitelion product portfolio.

- Knowledge of customer needs, pain points, and solution-based selling.

- Good understanding of market trends, lead qualification, and business development practices.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach towards achieving business goals.

- Strong team collaboration skills with a growth mindset and attention to detail.
