Business Development Executive – Sales Department

Business Development Executive to join its Sales Department.

- Generate leads and identify potential clients.

- Handle telesales activities and convert prospects into clients.

- Understand client requirements and present suitable company services.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and client details.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Telesales &

- Lead Generation:

- Contact potential clients through telephone calls.

- Explain company services clearly and professionally.

- Generate and qualify sales leads.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.

- Handle client queries and address concerns confidently.

- Work toward converting qualified leads into paying customers.

Client Acquisition &

- Relationship Management

- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate services.

- Convert prospects into clients through effective communication and sales techniques.





- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

- Encourage customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.

Database &

- Sales Reporting

- Maintain an accurate and updated client and lead database.

- Record lead details, conversations, follow-ups, and client status in the system.

- Track sales activities and conversion progress.

- Prepare and maintain relevant sales records and reports.

Target Achievement &

- Coordination

- Work consistently toward achieving monthly sales targets.

- Monitor individual sales performance and conversion rates.

- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth client onboarding.

- Ensure timely communication between clients and relevant internal teams.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 0–3 years.

- Freshers: Freshers can apply.

- Education: Graduate in any discipline preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.

- Ability to handle client queries confidently.

- Good convincing, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

- Target-oriented and motivated approach.

Salary
