Role & Responsibilities

- Proactively identify and engage with potential employer partners across industries to onboard them onto our platform.
- Conduct research on hiring trends, pain points, and talent needs of SMEs and startups to tailor outreach and pitch strategies.
- Manage end-to-end business development cycles—from cold outreach and discovery calls to proposal delivery and contract finalization.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to co-create employer-facing campaigns, success stories, and demo experiences.
- Track and report pipeline metrics (leads, conversions,



deal size) using CRM tools to refine strategy and boost conversion rates.
- Represent the brand at industry events, college career fairs, and virtual hiring summits to drive employer acquisition.
