FleekERP by NexFloe Technologies is building a modern Manufacturing Operations Platform that helps manufacturers improve production visibility, operational efficiency, quality, and business control.

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who can connect with manufacturing businesses, understand their operational challenges, and introduce the right ERP + MES solutions.

What you’ll do

• Identify and engage manufacturing companies

• Understand business requirements and present relevant solutions

• Generate, qualify, and convert B2B leads

• Coordinate product demonstrations and follow-ups

• Work closely with product and delivery teams

• Build long-term customer relationships

Who we’re looking for

• Experience:



Intern to 3 years

- Freshers with the right attitude and learning mindset are welcome
- Positive communication and presentation skills
- Interest in ERP, MES, manufacturing, or B2B technology sales
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Prior sales or business development experience is a plus
