We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, scheduling meetings, building relationships, and supporting business growth.
Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales and business development are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate current business leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify and qualify potential clients based on business requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads and prospects regularly.
- Maintain accurate lead and client information in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication.
- Participate in client visits and meetings across Gurgaon/NCR, when required.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
- Prepare basic reports related to leads, follow-ups,
and business development activities.
Requirements
- Graduate degree preferred: BBA, B.Com, Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required.
- Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR candidates preferred.
