Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Ahmedabad.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a strong pipeline through research, outreach, and networking. This role includes conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to propose suitable design and digital solutions. The person in this position will manage and nurture key accounts,



maintain ongoing relationships, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining CRM records, preparing proposals, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to sales strategies to support revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Strong understanding of Business and Account Management, including client relationship management and upselling or cross-selling services.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in presenting to and negotiating with clients.
- Experience in the creative, digital, or IT services industry is preferred, especially in design, branding, or web solutions.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and meet targets within defined timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic sales reporting, and MS Office or similar productivity software.
