About the Role

Boston Institute of Analytics (BIA), an international institute offering professional courses in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and other emerging technologies, is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive.

The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads, counselling prospective students, and driving course enrollments through effective communication, follow-ups, and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle cold calls and warm leads to identify prospective students and convert them into enrollments.
- Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable professional programs.
- Explain course structure, curriculum, benefits, fees, and career opportunities clearly to prospective students.
- Follow up consistently with interested candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Generate current leads through business development and lead-generation activities.
- Maintain and nurture the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.




- Conduct effective academic counselling and address candidate queries or objections.
- Build robust relationships with prospective students and support them through the admission process.
- Collaborate with the academic, marketing, and operations teams to improve lead conversion.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the Sholinganallur centre.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 0-1 year expereince calling experience or freshers who has good communication skills can apply
- Proven experience in cold calling, warm lead calling, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
- Strong, confident, and persuasive communication skills.
- Experience in education, training, professional courses, or services sales will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site at Sholinganallur, Chennai.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
