Role Description The Business Development Executive role at Bihar Live is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with partners, advertisers, and clients, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.

Executive will conduct market research, generate and follow up on leads, prepare and deliver pitches, and negotiate agreements. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with editorial and marketing teams to align business offerings with content strategy, tracking performance metrics,



and providing regular reports on revenue growth and partnership outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in New Business Development and Business, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management, including qualification of prospects and ongoing relationship management.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions, presentations, and negotiations.
- Prior experience in media, digital marketing, or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency with basic CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and a team-oriented approach to working with cross-functional teams.
