Job Details

- Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 12:00 PM
- Timing: Flexible
- Basic Salary: ₹13,000/month
- Incentives: Target-based performance incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and outbound sales calls.
- Convert leads into customers through effective communication.
- Maintain customer relationships and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Work towards improving sales performance and lead conversion.




- Coordinate with the team for smooth customer handling and follow-up.
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience.

Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Willingness to work in a target-based telesales environment.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.
