About the Role

Buzzmint Media is looking for a confident and result-oriented Course Sales Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential students/leads, understanding their requirements, explaining our courses, and converting interested prospects into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential students through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand the learner's requirements, career goals, and interests.
- Explain course details, benefits, fees, and career opportunities clearly.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper communication.
- Convert qualified leads into course enrollments.
- Maintain daily call and sales records.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and enrollment targets.




- Coordinate with the internal team for admissions and onboarding.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with prospective students.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, telecalling, counselling, or a similar role.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Candidates with experience in education/course sales will be preferred.
